3. Car Listings & Inventory
All car listings on our website represent vehicles currently in our physical inventory at Newasa. However:
- Inventory changes daily — a car shown online may have been sold by the time you visit
- All prices displayed are indicative and subject to final negotiation
- Car photos and videos are of the actual vehicle but may not reflect minor wear after filming
- We make every effort to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee real-time availability
⚠ Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until a booking amount is paid and a written agreement is signed at our showroom.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Prices shown online are starting prices and may vary based on negotiation, inspection, and condition
- No payment is processed through this website — all transactions happen at our showroom in Newasa
- We accept cash and bank transfers; no online payment gateway is operated through this website
- A booking token to hold a vehicle does not constitute a final sale until full payment and documents are exchanged
5. Test Drive & Inspection
- Test drives are available at our showroom during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM)
- A valid driving licence is mandatory for any test drive
- Raj Car Mall reserves the right to decline a test drive at its discretion
- Any damage caused during a test drive is the responsibility of the driver
- We strongly recommend independent mechanical inspection before purchase
6. Vehicle Sale Conditions
All used cars are sold "as-is" unless specifically agreed in writing. As a buyer, you acknowledge:
- You have inspected the vehicle or had it inspected on your behalf
- Used cars may have wear and tear consistent with their age and mileage
- No warranty is implied unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement
- RC transfer, insurance, and RTO charges are in addition to the vehicle price unless explicitly included
- Raj Car Mall will assist with RC transfer documentation but timelines depend on RTO processes
7. Document Verification
- We verify all documents (RC, insurance, NOC, etc.) to the best of our ability before sale
- Buyers are advised to independently verify all documents at the relevant RTO
- Raj Car Mall is not liable for pre-existing liabilities, challans, or disputes on the vehicle that were not disclosed
8. Enquiries & Communication
- Submitting an enquiry through our website or WhatsApp does not constitute a reservation or purchase agreement
- We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during business days
- We may contact you via WhatsApp or phone regarding your enquiry
- You may opt out of further communication at any time by informing us
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Raj Car Mall shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website
- Inaccuracies in car listings due to technical errors or delays in updating inventory
- Loss of data or damages resulting from reliance on website content
- Third-party services linked from our website (WhatsApp, Google, Cloudinary)
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including car videos, photos, text, and design — is the property of Raj Car Mall or its licensors. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute car videos or photos without written permission
- Use our brand name "Raj Car Mall" or logo in any manner without consent
- Scrape or extract car listing data for commercial purposes
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra, India.
